How do I sell at the market?

Turn in an application, it is due March 31st.  2021 applications and guidelines are available directly above this.

Are we allowed to prepare food at the market?

We're waiting to hear from our local health department on preparing food at market.

If I initially sell once a month can I later request additional dates?

You may request additional dates and if vendor stalls are available we are flexible.

Are artists allowed to sell anything at their booth or do products need to be ID'ed at the start?

The important part is to keep us updated as the season progresses regarding what you want to sell. We're happy to work with artisans as their work evolves! Make sure to include images of your art in the application.

Are there age restrictions for applying to sell at the market?

If you're under working age, you will need an adult with you. Our application is available up above and it contains all the details about the necessary licenses and insurance.

Are we allowed to sell pre-made vacuum sealed food?

Vacuum sealing food to sell is absolutely allowed.

Can fresh food be sold by weight, or do they need to be prepackaged?

We allow by weight!

Do I need to provide a copy of my business license?

The UBI is what we need.  We do not require a copy, but most vendors provide one.

Under "goods to be sold" how do I date my non-food products?

The date does not apply to non-food items. The date refers to growing seasons, and when food is expect to be harvested.

May I sell concession style food like commercial candy and beverages?

We don't allow resale of prepackaged food unless it's as a side to a meal prepared on-site. It is unknown when on-site food prep will be allowed to return.
