Vendor applications are due March 31st.
Vendors will be notified by the third week of April if they have been accepted.

We're waiting to hear from our local health department on preparing food at market.
You may request additional dates and if vendor stalls are available we are flexible.
The important part is to keep us updated as the season progresses regarding what you want to sell. We're happy to work with artisans as their work evolves! Make sure to include images of your art in the application.
If you're under working age, you will need an adult with you. Our application is available up above and it contains all the details about the necessary licenses and insurance.
Vacuum sealing food to sell is absolutely allowed.
We allow by weight!
The UBI is what we need. We do not require a copy, but most vendors provide one.
The date does not apply to non-food items. The date refers to growing seasons, and when food is expect to be harvested.
We don't allow resale of prepackaged food unless it's as a side to a meal prepared on-site. It is unknown when on-site food prep will be allowed to return.
A Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application is available from the Benton-Franklin
Health District (7102 W Okanogan Pl, Kennewick) or by calling (509) 460-4205. All vendors planning to serve food or samples are required to obtain a permit.
